About STEAM learning at Stirling High School
At Stirling High we offer rich experience for pupils to develop their skills within the curricular areas of: Sciences, Technologies, Engineering, the Arts and in Maths.
The opportunities are experienced within a range of subjects across the school curriculum and also in our innovative approach to providing a STEAM Hub curriculum within the Broad General Education.

The STEAM Hub @ Stirling High School
In the BGE pupils participate in the STEAM Hub curriculum to explore a global challenge and create a solution.
Pupils collaborate in teams to use STEAM skill sets to create their solution
Pupils use critical thinking to explore problematise the challenge and consider a range of alternatives
Pupils develop creativity by using problem solving skills to consider game-changing solutions
Curiosity is a key driver of pupils as their motivation and enthusiasm helps them to undertake research and retry to create a workable outcome.
